Debt collection is a hard business. But do you know
what’s harder? Being in collections.

Financial situations are inherently emotional and stressful. And oftentimes when contacted by a collection agency the fight-or-flight response kicks in. For some this means sticking their heads in the proverbial sand by hitting the ignore button when the phone rings or by tossing written correspondences that come in the mail. But for others the same stress hormones can cause a ‘fight’ response. And when this happens it isn’t pleasant for anyone.

Collections require finesse and it takes a special person
and a lot of training to be successful at the sensitive art of debt collection.
